Ok so i have a wiretucked boosted poormans type r
fuel pumps good
main relays good
ecu is good
harness is good
fuses good
solid cel
i believe it have something to do with the green/yellow wire in the main relay harness
this wire is supposed to be a ground correct? if so can i bypass ripping apart my car and hardwire it into my ignition
if anyone has any other ideas what this could be please enlighten me im stumped
btw im not a noob to hondas

also if someone has pinouts to what i can check that controls fuel so i can locate this problem thanks

I assume that you also lack spark, right?

Check the important ground wire on the thermostat housing. It should be clean and tight.

Also check whether fuses 31, 24, and 18 are blown.

Do you have spark?

Is power reaching the main relay on all three power wires (YEL/WHT, BLK/YEL, and BLU/WHT wires)?

Have you checked continuity for the GRN/YEL wire between the main relay and the two ECU pins?

no spark
the green yellow wire was recieveing voltage is this supposed to be grounded?
ill check the other plugs

-The fact that you also lack spark strongly suggests that your problem is due to a bad ECU ground wire, all of which ultimately ground on the thermostat housing. Check continuity to ground for each of the ECU ground wires.

-The GRN/YEL wire grounds on the ECU, which as I mentioned eventually grounds on the thermostat housing.

The ECU ground wires pin here:

A23 (BLK wire)
A24 (BLK wire)
A26 (BLK/RED wire)
B2 (BRN/BLK wire)

For all pins in ECU connectors A and B, check continuity to ground. If any lack continuity to ground, then you've found the problem.

ok the thermostat ground wire is grounded and isnt recieving voltage
on the first click the green yellow wire is grounded but the second click receives voltage (about 17.1v)
going to test the ecu wiring
still grounded when i turned the key to position 2 didnt try any other way

Check continuity, not voltage.

ok so im getting continuity from the thermostat ground the blk/red,brn/blk to the ecu
but the solid black wires im getting continuity from the thermostat to the engine harness and the interior harness to the ecu but not when its plugged in on either solid black wire to the ecu from the thermostat ground
im getting a 1.5ish reading when plugged in
im lost again lol

Nice progress. You have found a problem with the two BLK wires. Does the illustration below correctly summarize your continuity tests? If so, have you tested continuity on the BLK wires from the engine harness to the interior harness?

BLK wires
T-stat---(continuity)---engine harn--(?)--interior harn---(continuity)---ECU
