how many plugs do a OBD2B harness have? 3 or 4?

how many plugs do a OBD2B harness have? 3 or 4?
i have this ek harness but im not sure if its obd2a or obd2b.
it has 4 plugs for the ECU.
the obd2a ecu has 3 plugs and the obd2b ecu has 3 plugs as well.
so im not sure which ecu i need. if you look at the pictures below you'll know what i mean. i have 4 plugs for the a, b, c, & d location on my harness.

so an obd2b has a gray and a blue plug from the main engine harness and the third plug comes from the dash harness the obd2a has two gray and one blue from the engine harness
