Front windows wont roll up! HELP!

Front windows wont roll up! HELP!
I have a 94 integra ls four door and the front windows will not go up. The fuses under the dash are good and everything. The rear windows roll up and down fine.

deff could be the window motors, common problem on our cars where they go bad and have to be replaced, but then again it wouldnt make sense for both of the front ones to go bad at the same time.

Yeah, i just replaced the drivers side window regulator because the pulley wire snapped. Please someone help me? Where is the relay for the windows?
