When I first set the TPS wrong on my 1st swap, It gave me a code so I believe the TPS is set properly since it's not giving me any code...

My exhaust is also smoking....

have you taken a multimeter to the TPS input at the ECU to check for proper voltages?

Yeah I'm probably going to take off the FITV off the TB and clean it... The IACV was working fine before the TB swap so I doubt it's bad. I might even check the TPS setting again...

The voltage on tps should be 0.5 at closed and 4.5-5 open. Like EFkid said check the throttle cable, also vacuum leaks and idle mixture screw

The TPS was fine but I found out that the FITV was defective. Had the motor idle at 2000 RPM and once it warmed up, it started to surge at 1000-2000 RPM. Put my finger on the lower FITV hole inside the TB and it had strong suction. Also, when i had my finger on the hole the idle went down to normal, so I will replace the FITV with another one.

Yeah I actually used that link but it didn't help. My friend has an extra FITV and I also have one from a D-series so I'll switch it around...

Thanks for the help..
