Won't Rev after Throttle Body swap
Fixed everything.. The FITV was really defected even though I clean the inside and re tightening the valve. Replaces it with my D-series FITV and it idle normal

Figure out the problem and vicsrex was right, I did have the TPS and the MAP flip flop.... but my CRX idles at 2000 RPM even after warm up.

Yeah I'm probably going to take off the FITV off the TB and clean it... The IACV was working fine before the TB swap so I doubt it's bad. I might even check the TPS setting again...
The TPS was fine but I found out that the FITV was defective. Had the motor idle at 2000 RPM and once it warmed up, it started to surge at 1000-2000 RPM. Put my finger on the lower FITV hole inside the TB and it had strong suction. Also, when i had my finger on the hole the idle went down to normal, so I will replace the FITV with another one.
