Default d15b6

my HF motor is just rotting away , would it be dumb to put in vitaras and eagle rods and use this as a backup motor if I swapped a Z6/A6 head on it ? Is the only diff in the a6 and b6 the stroke?

Default Re: d15b6

the D15B6 has a really small crankshaft:

the main journals are 45mm diameter (D16A6 is 55mm diameter)
the rod journals are 38mm (D16A6 is 45mm)

A6 Eagle rods are not going to fit the HF crankshaft
