based on my past aem fpr failures, even new design or not, i dont trust them. i am not certain what orofice you should use, just offering my exp with the aem fpr. i had 2 fail on my customer cars, one hydrolocked an engine and shortened a rod.
again just my 0.02.
again just my 0.02.
I ran the largest orifice in my 2 old AEM Reg's, my base was set at 50psi and I never saw pressure drop with an Intank and Inline 255. What Injectors are you running?
The reg comes with 3 orifices IIRC, they go inside the regulator and you size them depending on your target fuel pressure.....

Based on your setup I would say use the middle sized one . As long as you can get your base pressure where you want it you will be fine . if it dosent go low enough for you then you may need to go up one size if so .

From the company that makes the regulator, www.aempower.com would be a good place to start, never had to buy new one's the regulator comes with them.
