Default new member w/ ?'s

i'm gettin an ef in like a week, its a 4 spd manual, im gonna do a b16 swap in about a month, what do i need for it to be a 5 spd if i just swap the motor and connect the shift linage w/ it be a 5 spd or what??? im only 15, just starting please help

welcome to the board!

if you plan on doing a b16 swap, you're going to need a b series tranmission to go along with it, so it will be a 5 speed after

You need Mount ....B16 ...b serires tranny ...shift linkage re-welded or A kit ...ecu ...vtec wires o2 sensor wires and a knock sensor ...90-91 teg inter shaft ..90 -93 Integ axles ..that should have you set . Good luck

add a turbo instead to keep alive the sohc turbos.....

Since you've got the 4-speed tranny, you're gonna have to change the hubs to fit the bigger axles. Si hubs are what you need, you can pick them up at a slavage yard for pretty cheap.

question about the si hubs.

will 90-93 integra hubs work on a hatchback?

seems like it would if the rear LCA's work, but does anybody know for sure
