yay! got rid of 2 out of 3 CEL...car runs better
My car was throwing three codes: 10 = IAT sensor (intake air temperature); 14 = IAC valve (intake air control); and 41 = primary oygen sensor. My friend who goes to school at UTI, aka Hot Rod U, got rid of code 10 and 14. Code 41 is still there only because I need a new o2 sensor. I was right about it not being wired correctly, but didn't realize that the sensor was all corroded and stuff. BTW, my motor is a GSR in a EG hatch and that **** runs like a champ now; way better than before. No more lag from start to VTEC. I knew my CEL played some kind of role in my 16.1 1/4 mile run. So hopefully with a new o2 sensor and a no more CEL and maybe some bigger exhaust piping and muffler (still running CX cat-back), I can hopefully see some better times.
