have a 91'integra DA that has been switched over to OBD1,when i turn the key to on position the CEL light stays on constant without turning off then turning back on.there's NO fuel pump working or spark,after we also replaced the MAIN RELAY out of running cars and it still DON'T work,the car is pretty DEAD!come to find out,there is'nt any voltage going to the brand new pump,but how does this solve the fact that it DOES NOT have neither SPARK nor FUEL and the solid CEL light.remember the car turns over,but DOES NOT start!
