Default B20 vtec not starting!

first off sorry if this is int the wrong place or anything. im new on here.

i just did a motor swap. i had a ls vtec that ran fine, decided to finally do my build. had my engine built. dropped it in and it wont start. its getting fuel and spark, has compression, checked fuses and relays, firing order is correct and timming is dead on. and i just checked all my grounds and connections. everything is good. not throwing any codes yet.

it cranks but wont start, my friend sugested my ecu... sure enough it had a burn mark. so i put in a known working p30 and now nothing happens? key just turns over and lights come on. thats it..

if anbody can help he that would be great.

U tried with a workin ecu so ecu is not the prob.it's probably not getting enough fuel pressure due to the leak.fix the leak and give it a try
