Henrico County (near Richmond), VA ... land of open carry and "shall issue" concealed weapons laws

 

is that legal? That is very illegal in Canada.

 

It's legal anywhere in the US with open carry laws. Kinda ironic but in a few states it's legal to open carry but you can't carry concealed withOUT a permit

With some of the idiots that have guns, I'd prefer a permit for open or concealed carry but am with open carry laws
