Calling all TWINSCROLL experts.. wastegate question
Im going to be running a gt35 that is a dividied housing on my s2000. 15-20psi I was shafted 2 times now on wastegates. I bought 2 tial 38mm gates and only recieved one. paypal claim filed.. So then I buy a second gate from a different seller and it shows up as a 35mm tial.
Question is will it affect anything running a gate on one side that is 3mm smaller. 35 vs 38? Im thinking its not going to let off the pressure as fast.
Anyone ever dealt in a situation like this?

honestly just sell the 35 and buy another 38 (new if you want to gurantee you get it) and by the time it's all said and done it will be about a $50 difference.
helps to not buy it on ebay and get it from a reputable dealer. id suggest getting 2 of the same. they use different flanges anyway not sure if you already have a manifold. unless you are using the old 38's then its the same.
Well divided housing, what ever you want to call it. It was 1am when I posed the question. I did not buy off ebay. They were from 2 different sellers one on this site and one from dsm site..
lol That was the problem. Im just going to buy another and not get screwed again I gotta get this manifold done and on my car.

if its truely a twin scroll and you bleed uneven amounts of air from each set of paired cylinders at different rates could cause some issues.

Thanks guys.
