Navigation went out on the tl
Okay, so basically my dad was changing the bulb on my sisters tl. he didnt follow the manual and had to take out the battery in order to reach it....
anyways after we changed that we had to reset the radio code to get the radio functioning which it now does
but the gps navigation will not, it says check cd, we'll take the cd out load it back in and the same thing pops up, has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it?
on a side not does anybody know where to get oem window visors? thanks

It's an 04, the warranty is gone I think, and I don't know the mileage (not my car and not home), but I don't see how the mileage would correspond with the navigation going out.
I'll try unhooking the battery when the car is home later tonight thanks

I asked the mileage for warranty reasons. I aslo spoke to a tech. He said he's never really heard of it doing that. Try the battery thing and make sure the car is out in the open (not in a garage or under a bridge or in a tunell) haha. Pretty much just make sure the GPS can communicate with the satelites. Just make sure you have the radio and navi code handy (which you do).
