2004 CRV - Alternator Upgrade

Hello All,

I'm new at this, Can i upgrade alternators on my 04 crv? If, yes what car do i get i from, ect.

Is this to support a stereo? May want to check with the audiophiles. Maybe you can achieve what you need some other way? GL.
