to change the valve seals on a 92 Accord F22A1?

if you have to ask how hard it is....get it done at a shop....unless your familiar with the inside of an engine at all

Ive been working on cars pretty much my whole life but I have never been on the inside of an engine. I guess I phrased the question wrong.

What I meant was: What needs to be done to change the valve seals?
I was told the head has to be pulled.

download a service manual. it will have step by step instuctions. and yes u have to pull the head

There are ways to do it without pulling the head. Turn the crank so that the cylinder you are working on is @ TDC. Then apply constant air pressure from a compressor. This is done a-la spark plug air adapter fitting. IIRC there are other more crude ways but the TDC + air is the one I have used.
