Window Noise
Power windows in my 95 coupe been bugging me for years and I never found a permanent solution.
When it gets moist outside (rain/snow/fog) the windows will roll up extra slow with a jerking motion creating a funny clicking noise.
Regardless of weather,
it has always made a annoying machine belt whining-type noise(assuming it's the motor) when rolling up or down.
I have tried the silicon spray on channels, lithium grease on regulators, etc...
Seems to work for a little while, but definitely not permanent.
Now it got me thinking if my regulators or motors went bad.
All I'm asking for is a clean up-and-down motion with very little to no noise.
Did these car's window motors come loud from the factory?
(mine been like that since I bought it)
Is there motor from another car that will solve this problem?
Looking for a permanent solution.
Any help is appreciated.
