Default obd-0 b16a no 2nd 02, running rich???

I recently installed an obd-0 jdm b16a in my 91 civic Si. I don't have the 2nd o2 sensor sensor installed as I am running a type-r header. The car seems to be running rich but the ecu has not thrown a CEL. Could the o2 sensor be causing this. Do i have any other options. The car smokes a lot even at idle. I am also going to do a compression test. Any help is appreciated.

If you want to stay OBD0...have an O2 bung welded on to the header and pop a sensor in there and wire it up

Do the bungs have to be in the same factory position for the car to run right or can i put them at the bottom near the cat??

I would get the bung at factory position for the car to run like it should i guess, you can bung it near the cat also if you want, but if your going to bung it and plug 02 sensor in there might as well do it factory way for better results. Car will idle and fuel will run on point.
