Did you file a claim?

 

Immediately file a claim saying that you never recieved the item.

If you say you recieved the item, but that it wasn't as described or was ****ed up, then they NEVER refund your money.

 

I filed a claim stating that the item was not received. The seller never responded, and paypal closed the claim finding in favor of me. They awarded me 48 cents. Therefore, I still lost a hell of a lot of money.

 

if you're not verified (being verified is a JOKE) file a claim through your bank saying that you paid for something that was never recieved. oh and if they ask you about going through paypal, say you contacted them and they sent to the bank, mention NOTHING about getting any money back.. the bank i used to work at would do it if it was through visa, but couldn't do it for me cuz i was verified, and they did it as an ach (automatic clearing house-think auto payments with your routing number etc) withdrawal and couldnt do anything about it.

in my case, i ended up contacting a DA and a detective and ended up getting the manifold i paid for but not the turbo i sent him to mock it up.. win some lose some, but good luck

I am not verified, my paypal is a credit card not a bank account. What do I do in that case then?
