Getting ready to change the fluid in my trans which is better OEM honda or a full synthetic trans fluid brand?

GM synchromesh friction modified is all that ever goes into my tranny

Honda MTF is perfectly fine and does the job quite nicely.

redline mtl shifts a little easier than honda. the gm stuff isn't bad and probably the best for a clutch type lsd. not really needed for a gear driven one though

OEM is better than any other and actually Honda has a new formula for more protection, Redline is good but not so friendly with the bearings!!!

you read about the D series failures. for some reason redline and plastic in the transmission don't mix. this is a non issue on S80 boxes

nope, I said that because this happen to me. overheat the bearing, I think it's ok if you drive your car easy but for race I don't recomended!! and I agree that the Redline put the shift veerryy smooth.
