took it to a Honda dealer and they said that i have bent valves. There is a slight tick. Is complete valve kit replacement necessary? Spark plugs look fine.

How bad is the ticking post a video, sometimes all you need is a valve adjustment. As it has already been said, check your #2 injector plug and have your injectors tested...#2 Injector might be clogged. Spray Crab cleaner into your TB, then open it to WOT a few times, see if that might break up the clog. But start with checking the #2 injector clip, use a T pin to back probe each wire, and use a Multimeter to check, compare to #1,#3, and #4, with ignition off, then on...So that you know what wires to check. One is ground, the other signal/power.

Well the injectors have been replaced also and still the issue. So overall, cap, wires, plugs, injectors have all been replaced. The codes are still coming up as p1300, 1301, 1302, 1304, 1399. Also light flashes only at low rpm. Also a backfire at low rpm, only once per drive. Ideas?

my brother had the same problem with his car and replaced the same things you did, but still had the problem. we did a compression and leakdown test. came to figure he had bent valves as the dealer had said to you. we ended up buying a whole new head because it cost the same amount to getting it fixed

I had the same problem with the misfire codes. I change spark plug/wires, caps and rotor. Exchance injectors and even did a value adjustment. I did a compression test and #2 was way to low.

Then I took the head off and found that one of my value were bent. I swapped another head and that fixed the problem.

This fixed my problem. Good luck!!

fuel and spark are not the only causes of a misfire their is also air and compression do a leakdown
