Default turbo drain plug to low?

Just wanted to get some feed back weather or not my turbo is mounted to low ... because the oil level is near the bottom of he pan and the drain plug of the turbo is somewhere in the middle

blue thing is the -10 return flange and the pan hasnt been drilled yet because im thinking of running a scavenge pump
