Default AEM EMS and emissions

Does anybody know by experience, if an obd2 vehicle with the aem ems can pass the emissions/smog of their local area, I am not referring to the visual inspection, more to the sniffer test and the obd2 communications port? I know it's better to run obd1 and just swap parts for the test, but figuring out a solution is a much better option.

Nope, the AEM EMS does not support the OBD2 port..

well, I did some digging tonight and found out it won't matter, according to my provinces regulations they will do a visual inspection of gas filler tube and some lines and make sure there is a cat there and then they do a tail sniffer and thats it, no data port, I still have to verify with a local shop just to be sure, but s300 p28 here I come
