Default won't start :/

ok i need help diagnosing a problem on my 2007 si coupe

when i turn my key to the accessory or on position all of my dash lights up and then off and back on and off repeatedly, this includes everything except rpm. sometimes my rpm will jump a little also maybe to say 1000 or 1200 and then it goes right back to 0 but not always.

there car is not turning over when i press the clutch in and continue to try to start is so it leads me to believe...

electrical ?

maybe ignition?

thanks for everyones help in advance.

This is what I was going to suggest. I had the same thing happen to me. One day everything was fine, then the next morning I had a similar issue. I called my mechanic and he said change the battery. I did and everything was been fine. Seems when the factory battery goes, it goes all at once.
