i have a plan i going to buy a car in march 2010 and i would like to see what you think ,i would like to buy a Type R or a S2k???

with wich one you would go S2k or Type R????

 

take both for a test drive.. both cars have different perks..
personally. id sacrafice the rear seats and go for the s2k. just my .02.

 

My suggestion would be to drive both of them or at least ride in them both before you make your decision. It sounds like you have plenty of time to do your research.

I've driven both, never owned an S2000 but I think the ITR is much "funner" to drive. The ITR also has a rommy hatch area and a hardtop that makes it more practical even though you can get the S2K with hardtop.
The S2K is much more common so you can drive it wherever you want without causing a big uproar which is not the case when you bring your Type R out. Not sure if this will be a daily driver for or not?

my boy have a ITR and he tell me that if i want it he will sell it to me but im not sure cuz the s2k is newer car but i love ITR

 

You can always buy a S2 in the future, ItR's are going extinct, get a R and garage it!

 

They are both very different. Front wheel drive...rear wheel drive. They both rock VTEC, so they are both great cars! Ask yourself what you will buy the car for...drag, tracking, hard parking...Definitely drive them both and don't buy an R unless you have a garage to park it in.

Thats Y i sold my S2k and purchase a ITR!!!!

I like more the ITR everywhere u go people brake neck just to see the ITR, s2k is fun as hell to drive, but it gets tired fast with the little space you have inside.

 

drove a S2000, wasnt impressed. i roll a 97R, daily...
