Default ECU help for mini-me swap

im doing a d16 y8 head swap on my d15 b7,
i know i have to get the p28 ecu but what kind of chipping kit should i get, and where? also do i have to get a new wiring harness? or just the vtec plug or whatever.. btw i have a 94 eg so obd1.

ya so i still need to get it tuned am i correct?.. what does the chipping do exactly?

you dont need to tune it. just make sure the timing is good on it
no need to chip the ecu. thats if you want to turbo it or throw cams in it.
if you did chip it. and got a chip off ebay you could..
have a lower vtec limit like5k(awesome)
no speed limiter(not that you would get that fast)
no rev limitir or higher rev limiter
disable knock sensor
disable o2 sensor chip is like $20
