Icon6 Rebuilt D17A1 Engine Pre-Lube procedure?

I am finishing to put together a re-built D17A1 longblock for my 03 Civic. The remanufactured engine comes with a warning that I need to Pre-Lube the engine by pressurizing the oil or by turning the oil pump until oil flows to the head.

How can I accomplish this in the most economic way?

Thanks!

Pull out the spark plugs and pull the ecu fuse so it doesn't inject fuel as you crank it over or unplug the injectors, either way works. when i did mine i just cranked it over for 5-10 secs let it sit for a few seconds then repeated. put everything back together and fire it up!
