everything shuts down while moving, but its fine at stand still
everything shuts off when i put it in gear and go or give it gas, but in reverse it doesnt do it and when at stand still giving it gas it doesnt either. everything seems to be hooked up right and grounded

I would check the battery clamps, that are on the terminal, they might be loose and everytime you go, you lose the connection.

but why would it do it then only going forward and not reverse i thinks its electrical
all the gauges and clock shut off but the engine still goes and doesnt act like there is a problem
