B20B/Z pistons in B18c sleeved block?

B20B/Z pistons in B18c sleeved block?
Hi.
Can i install B20B/Z pistons in B18C sleeved block with b18c crankshaft? Is there any difference in block deck height? What would be the Deck Clearnce in b18c GE sleeved if in the B20B/Z pistons have -0.5mm in b20b/z block?
I'm asking about wiseco pistons - K623M84.
