UPS shipped me a set of Spoon SW388's and I received one of them damaged.
yes the lip was bent. I called them and had them pick it up and to no avail they lose my package.

I called their service reps and most of them arent willing to help.....

Now I gotta harass AJ Racing to settle the claim for me...

 

thats BS man!!!! dont let UPS get away with crap like this!!!!!! how were the wheels packaged from AJ??? i have had many disputes with them before i have a managers name and phone number if you need it.

 

that's why i do local buying only...shipping is just gay

Yeah, UPS sux.

I remember I had an amp shipped to me UPS. They somehow managed to break all but one of the tubes, which cost over $100 to replace. Thankfully that was the extent of the damage.

FYI, talk to the area UPS rep. If he/she gives you BS, then contact your local Better Business Bureau (BBB) and file a report. BBB actually helped me get my money back from UPS when they lost 2 out of 4 rims that I sent out to CA. The thing is UPS is a member of almost all area's BBB... so, they prefer not to have any red flagging on the BBB record.

I would never send anything valuable using UPS anymore.
FedEx on the other hand is top notch from my experiences.

many many 's to UPS. Always have had problems with those ******* and try to avoid them now.. for the past 3 years or so at least.

Thanks, I'm sorry to bother Alan, and sometimes he/you sound really tired and stressed out on the phone when I call AJ Racing, but UPS told me that the battle has to be between the seller (AJ Racing) and UPS.

For me, on the sideline want to get this resolved asap.

 

Keep that number handy if push comes to shove, I'll just get it from you.

 

Fed Ex's rates seem to be less expensive than UPS also.

 

FedEx gave me some grief a few years back. They damaged the shipping label on the box for my SS cat-back exhaust. I finally got a call from FedEx a week later. I was sitting at their dist. center and I had to pick it up. Apparently they couldn't SCAN the shipping label, even though you could READ the address just fine.

 

UPS bent the collector on my header.
