Ok guys Ive been trying to figure this problem out for the last few yrs on and off actually, never really bothered me until recently. Its a 95 Accord Ex, so heres my story. Back in my ricey stages a years back I wanted hyperblinkers and my friend had the genius idea that he could do it by making the car think that the bulbs were out, so he did his wiring and it worked ! for the first minute. after that my top blinkers stopped working. The back and bottom work fine just the top blinkers dont seem to blink. Ive replaces the blinker relay and checked all my fuses inside and outside the car and nothing. any ideas??
