GC coilovers already have springs.

A quick visit to the GC website would tell you that you need custom sleeves for either Koni or Bilstein, and you can't use a Koni sleeve for a Bilstein shock or vice versa.

GC can be had in any rate. if you buy konis get the koni specific GC sleeves and pick a moderate rate

Either way, you can't go wrong. Koni certainly seems more popular, here, but I've had my Bilstein Sports for a few years without issue running 400#F/500#R springs on one car, and stock ITR springs on another.

I've got the Koni/GC setup as well and couldn't be happier.

I had bilsteins on my audi and I blew them repeatedly. I have had NOT good luck with bilsteins...
I just got Koni sports but haven’t installed them yet. I paired them with H&R sport springs and I've been told by other integra owners that they absolutely love the setup.

I bought mine from ProPartsUSA. They are having a special on team-integra.net
Check it out

I actually got mine for less than what they are offering on this thread. but thats because I bought the springs from them at the same time. they actually gave a very decent discount!! and the Koni's arrived overnight!
