P1169 Code
Just got a CEL the other day and it came up as P1169
P1169 Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) LABEL High Voltage
Searched, but came up with nothing. Anyone know what this even means? I recently replaced the O2 sensor (primary) with an OEM unit. 5-wire sensor for a 97 HX 5-sp.
Any help would be appreciated.

not much info for your hx but..
-LAF connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and for moisture)
-LAF sensor signal circuit is shorted to voltage
-LAF sensor has failed (it may be contaminated with fuel, silicone or water)
-PCM has failed
since you recently messed with the o2 try pulling the ecu fuse to reset your monitors.
the code should come back on in 2 or 3 long driving trips if p1159 is a hard fault.
