ok car is a dc2 with jdm front. at the moment it has the spoolinperformance 24x9x3 inch intercooler with 2.5" inlet/outlet. if i am to upgrade the intercooler what is the biggest size i can possibly fit without cutting up the front bumper too much ... ??????

running a precision 6262 on a sleeved/built b18c sk2stg2 cams. currently at 28 psi planning to higher. think will need more intercooler.

 

if anyone has any pics of jdm fronts with a big intercooler please post them up .....

 

What is that core rated for? That's a pretty big intercooler already...getting something larger to fit without cutting may be tough. Here i thought this was going to be a fairly simple question. Good luck

 

well according to phil the core is good upto 600hp ......

 

i have a 750hp ic here i made for a jdm front integra, just have to finish welding it. back door on the drivers side. off of the core both end tanks angle back. im sure you will have to trim the bumper a little but no major cutting. will have to modify the bumper "support" as well im sure as its 12" tall.
