99-00 si back t mount, drivers side 99-00 si "engine" mount, re-use the 4 mount on the two side of the chasis mount. Any b-seriers a/c mount unless you want to run a/c then you'll have to grab a del sol vtec(b16a3) a/c mount in order for you to re-use the factory d-seriers a/c unit.
