Pretty simple if you can turn a wrench man. The most difficult part is the pedal assembly. Just take out the whole pedal assembly (minus the accelerator pedal). You'll have to drill a hole in the firewall for your clutch cable. Then it is just a matter of jumping a couple of wires in the console by the shifter and then running 2 to the bay for reverse lights.
Its really quite simple once you get past the pedal assembly.
Parts needed:
Transmission
Flywheel with bolts
Clutch
Clutch Cable
Shift linkage and Shifter

Now get to work.

Ah yes, forgot about the rear mount. And the hole was already there for the cable? That's f'd up. There wasn't a hole on my 89 sedan.

yeah its there on my 90 sedan...pretty sure my hatch has one too its a 91 maybe there was a plug u didnt take out??? thats weird i did this swap in my old 90 prelude si i had back in high school and all the stuff was there just plugged up and had blank plates bolted on that came right off....it makes sense for honda to just use a universal firewall with everything auto/manual there already so theres not a diff firewall for auto or manual cars its all about saving money lol

That's what I'd have thought as well. But nope, I had no plug or anything on the firewall.

honestly the swap is no that hard, me and a friend knocked it out in about 7 hours.
as mentioned already the pedals are the worst of it. i did it on a 88 hatch and i had to drill a whole in the firewall for the clutch cable. wiring is easy. def check the faq there is a few good walkthroughs in there.
