Default Honda civic 93' engines swap

Hey guys...
i rly dont know that much about engines, but im getting a honda civic coupe dx 1993, but the engines blown in it so i need to get a new engine and all, im looking for a nice engine, can anyone help me out with this, i can someone suggest good engines with an estimated price please thank u, (a engine that would fit in the car too)

well you can always just drop a d16y8 in it. you'll need to get the whole swap. longblock, tranny, ecu ect. that would be the easiest to do.

you could find a low mile y8 for around 1500 bucks.
edit: thats the whole swap

AC condensor
Civic Type R ac condensor
Axles
Radiator
All resoviors
Civic Type R sway bar and control arms
(or whole k-frame)
CTR flywheel

Or you could just buy the longblock of what you already have and save come cash for a better swap in the future, depending on your financial situation. I'm just sayin that sounds like the cheapest way to get you back on the road.
