I got a set of headers from my boy and they were on his b16 and now I got a ls and someone said they wont fit cause a b16 block is shorter and some1 said it will cause it b series so I was wondering if it would fit or no?

Yes it will bolt on to the engine, but as for bolting to the catback, maybe not.

it will fit u just have 2 go to a muffler shop and weld the cat to ur headers .... idk y ppl say that gsr headers wont work ina b16 or ls so dummbbbb

the block deck height from b18 & b16 are different. for that reason a b16 header would never fit a b18. trust me i've done it before. when i did my poor mans r on my 00 si the b16 header didn't fit.

read dude. you just said it yourself...

the b18 block IS LONGER depth wise.

head sizes are the same yes. a gsr header will fit on a b18 head but it will not clear the block itself.

and obviously your b16 is a shorter depth so like i said above it would naturally fit to the head but i guarantee your gsr header is sitting alot lower than a b16 header would.

its got nothing to do with the length of the down pipe its the header itself that is shorter.
