Vibration at high speed
hey guys
i have a little problem with my 2000 ap1
whenever i go over 60mph the car starts to vibrate a little bit and it seems like its coming from the rear of the car.(it equivalent to doing 35 in 6th gear)
The only modification it has is skunk2 springs and thats was 2 months ago
it just started doing this nonsense
does anyone know what it can be??

Did you have the toe alignment reset after changing the ride height? If you didn't, you should have.
Alignment itself won't cause a vibration, but shredded tires caused by a screwy alignment will . . .
Check the tires for cupping, feathering, uneven wear, flat spots, etc. If they appear fine, the next things I would check are wheel balance and CV joints.

i was thinking it could probably be my cv joints ill def check it out tomorrow
You probably have a very common problem, one of your axles is causing vibrations. More specifically, you have moved you axle out of a naturally created wear spot on the inside CV cup. You can try axle spacers or swapping CV cups from side to side. If you search our S2000 forum, you will probably get some more insight.
I bought my 05 with zero problems, swapped rims/tires and ever since then had a slight shake @ 73/74 mph...nothing below or above...
I just figured it was crappy wheel balancing.
