Default Is this a bad alternator?

So whilst I was driving (90 ed9 w/ d16z6 swap run with p28) I had the heater, headlights, and stereo on and when I would put on my blinker the tach would drop to zero when the relay for the blinker would come on and go back to normal rpm's when it turned off. Then when I turned the car off and tried to restart it she wouldn't go so I pop started it. On the drive home the tach stopped working all together followed by the stereo. At the end of the 27 mile drive (like last 10 or so miles) she started to sputter and backfire and the last mile was at about 10mph and jerkey as ****. I think my alternator crapped its self, do I have any seconds? Also I checked the battery and there is 12 volts there so...

Classic signs of a bad alternator, happened to in my teg. You can probably have it rebuilt. It cost me $45 to get mine fixed.
