Default HELP! clutch problems

Long story short, clutch starts slipping on the dyno (just shy of 400whp), I drop the trans and this is what I find. Mind you this is a new clutch disk with a tested good pp from CC (Competiotion Clutch stg5 clutch kit) and a new Fidanza flywheel all of wich have been in the car for about 500miles

I have no idea why the pucks are wearing unevenly but they are...

Pucks on flywheeel side: mostly wearing on the outside of the pucks.

Pucks on pressure plate side: mostlt wearing on the inside of the pucks.

What could cause this?

It looks like the disc isn't fully seated. How many miles does it have on it? If you just installed it and ran it without giving it a chance to seat fully, it could cause it to slip. It could have a bent disc. If the trans was forced on, like pulling it on with the bolts or something, it could cause this too.

It also looks like you have some sort of grease coming from the input shaft that could be effecting it as well.

It is a H2B set up, I sit the trans on the dowels then thread the bolts and torque everything down (never force).
The grease you see is a lot less in person (flash lights it up making it look like a lot).
Those pics were taken this morning, clutch has around 500 miles on it.

How many miles should be on a clutch for it to fully seat?

Maybe the pp is weak?

If the disc is not bent, it looks to me like it is not broken in yet
