Default Wierd 95 civic d15b7 idle

so my co-worker's STOCK 95 civic Dx has a wierd idling problem.
the car osolates up and down kinda fast.
i do not know by how many RPM since it does not have a RPM gauge.

at first i thought it was the IACV, but the car only does this when it is warmed up and only when its in park on in neutral.

any1 know what the problem may be?

Clean the FITV (and IACV) on the throttle body and also bleed the cooling system.

i know that the IACV is located on the back of the intake mani.

also when re unplugs the Throttle body position sensor, it stops but it idles pretty high.
i would say 1,500-2,000

Either of you smoke? make sure the fan is off and put a cig around the vacuum lines. Check the vss though and the coolant

IDK how the vss affects it but it does. Mine is bad on my hatch and it makes it idle surge. Mine is a auto though

spray carb cleaner around your vaccume lines. if you car starts to choke out you found your leak

Check your antifreeze level. theres some sort of strip somewhere in side the engine and when the coolant gets low it revs funny.
Also have you tried resetting the ECU?

to reset the ECU, you unplug the negative battery cable for 10 seconds right?
