Hello s2k guys,

like i say on the title, when car starts, engine check light and vsa light stays on.
i took it to the dealer and got fixed for the day and it came on again.
what dealer said was it is becuz water leaked into spark plug hole when detail the engine bay so it got missfiring which caused engine check light on. well they solved that problem for that night but what's up with the lights comes again?

has anyone here had same problem i had?

i dropped the car by the dealer hopefully i can pick it up sooon.

Obviously they didn't fix the problem. Water in the spark plug hole causing misfire??? Sounds like a load of BS to me... Take it to another dealer. Is this car under warranty?

 

sounds like they just reset the ecu so that that the CEL disappeared for a few miles and then it came back on again... what ********...

 

car bought from toyota dealer, someone traded in.
it's un der 60days warranty

 

obviously im gonna pick it up this evening.
what possibly can i say to the service mgr?

 

tell him hes a fawking jerkoff for giving the car back when the CEL came back on... now fix my fawking car...
