Default Check engine light on

Just as the title said, my check engine light has been on for a while saying misfires on 1,2, and 4. I have tried everything to get that to go away. I have fixed it and I am getting ready to take it to the dealer. It doesnt feel like they are misfiring at all, and its pissing me off. Today however my check engine light started blinking while I was going down the freeway, it did it then stopped, then did it again. Then waited a while, and did it again. What does this mean? Also, has anyone had that problem with the misfires before and how would I go about fixing it ( I know that was very open but anything will help).

Same problem on my 2k SH, with all 4 cylinders. Been doing it for about a year now slowly getting more and more frequent. Happens only when the engine isn't under load, like cruising on the freeway. Used to happen every 300-500 miles, now more like 50-100 miles.

Car still performs great, it's just a hassle having to reset the ECU every couple of days...
