Default Is this a real JDM Type r header?

Ok is this a " real " type r header? I'm confused. It looks legit, all the heat shield brackets are there, i know this can and has been copied but the coating is something i wouldn't think a knock off brand would use? It came with the car when i bought it, it was bolted up to a USDM 17" cat which confused me. When i took it off to bolt u a test pipe i noticed that the collector flange was much smaller then my 2.5" test pipe. So, as far as i can tell, the previous owner cut the 2.5" collector flange on the header and welded on a 2.25" flange in order to bolt up to the USDM cat. So, all that being said im here to get some opinions before i sell this.

So , how much do yall think i should try and sell it for. I mean it is a very clean header, its not smashed on the bottom side at all. The cat steps up to 2.5" on the back side so it will bolt up to an after market 2.5" cat back or you can just weld a 2.5" flange back on. I was thinking $175-200, i may be too high but its still perfectly functional and is still better than any other DC or cheap ebay header you could get for the same price. What do you guys think?

I bought mine for 150 with no heatsheilds. I think you can sell it for possibly the same to someone knowledge enough to understand why it was modified.
