Default Mystery plug?

Doing my power options conversion in my civic, I am using the EX floor harness, I plugged it into the fuel pan and I have an extra plug. I have no idea what it goes to. Should I keep it? Or should I cut it off and tape it up?

Cause Im confused lol.

fuel pan? where the fuel pump is? if so, its most likely the plug for the "fuel tank pressure sensor" i would advise against cutting it off, as its not going to hurt anything.. just leave it there.

[i]If[i] it's for the tank pressure sensor, leave it. Some swaps throw a code for this sensor, and if you swap in an EX fuel tank you can take care of that code forever without any electrical modification.

EDIT: Jusyt confirmed. It's for the fuel tank pressure switch. I'd leave it there.

I wasn't for sure yet when you quoted that.

I just made sure with Eran though (we did a power window conversion on his '97 CX using a '98 EX coupe harness). It is for the fuel tank pressure sensor.
