It's powered window right?!
It may the motor that has a problem, and since the motor is attached to the regulator, you'd have to change it.
Does it go down at all and simply won't go pass a certain point? Or is it not moving at all anymore?

at first she said it stoped some point going down but after the day went by it went up when she hit the switch but today no it went all the way down and doesnt go nowere is there any way i can test the switch ???
I was looking at another thread, and it is very common for the accords to have slow windows. You could try cleaning the rubber of the window channel, that will require you to remove door panel and remove the window, it only takes 10 minutes. If the window had stopped completelly, your motor was probably the answer, now... if the window has been acting slower and slower, chances are... the channel is dirty and/or the window needs to be adjusted.
Very common on the earlier accord models that the window would come off the window channel on its way up, thus creating wind noise when driving.
Also, if the switch was malfunctioning, i doubt it would stop working only when the window has only so much left before it's finally closed.

take apart the door apply power to ur motor if the motor works up and down, its ur switch, like everyone has stated its a common problem on accords, i had to replace my window motor on my driver side door two yrs ago, still works fine, but now my passenger is starting to go.
