This is my 95 accord lx coupe. as you can see from the pictures i have provided, the body needs work. i bought it like this a couple years ago as a naive 16 year old wanting a japanese car to play around with. now i'm a little more mature and would like to restore the car. it has racked up just under 160k miles, but i think i'll be doing an engine swap of some sort. i was wondering if you guys could help me find a way to fix each of these problem areas on the body first.

the first problem is a couple of dents around the rear driver side wheel. i dont know what the black stuff is but i'm assuming theres rust under it. rusty dents cant be good.

the second problem is the bit of rust on the bottom edge of the passenger door.

last but not least, the third problem is something that looks like a slash in the metal, also covered by the black stuff. i dont believe that it cuts all the way through the metal if that makes a difference in the repair. anyone have ideas? thanks
