Clicking sound from the front wheel? Any idea what it is?
My 00 Accord I4 EX has been having clicking noise from the driver side front wheel about 6 months after I got it (new). The dealers had been trying to fix it for the last 2 years. Most dealer just clean the brakes or the wheels, then say they don't hear anything anymore... which is total BS. One dealer tried replacing the axles twice (I am not sure if they really replace anything), and now my car is at the dealer again and they said it is the CV boot. That means it is pretty much the same thing they changed (if they did) the last 2 times.
How can a CV boot make clicking noise and with 3 different sets of CV boots and still make the exact same clicking noise?
Does anyone have this kind of problem with their Accord? Any idea on what it is?

If its not the CV as they say, its maybe be a bearing, but a bearing tends to make a grinding noise instead of clicking. Could you possibly have a rock or a nail stuck in your tire?
there is no rock or nails. I checked... and this same clicking sound has been there for the last 2 years so I dont think a rock can stay in my tire for that long.
Can you be catching your brake line with your wheel? Or maybe one of the balancing weights is loose, and is catching something. Maybe the gear teeth on your spindle where the axle end goes into is broken. A faulty brake pad? Just some suggestions to look into...if indeed its not your CV.
It is most likely your cv boot or a bad axle. Get your wheel bearings and hubs checked also. I recently had to change axles, hubs and bearings because i had the same problem

I got the car back last Thursday.. (took them 2 days to replace a CV boot). The clicking noise went away when I picked up the car.
Yesterday, my wife came home and told me to go outside. And there it is, the exact same clicking noise again. I'll try to tell them about the hub and bearing. Hope that would fix it.
BTW, my car is completely stock.
I just called Honda Care and they opened up a case for it. Hope they will put some pressure to the dealer and get it fixed right.
