My 2001 Silver GSR was stolen Saturday July 4th at the Hmong tournament in MN. There's a cash reward for the info on finding my vehicle. It's got rota GT3 black wheels w/chrome lip, VIS carbon fiber hood, S2000 antenna w/Wisconsin license plates. Clean Integra. Asking for eyes and ears from my fellow H-Tech members. **** Thieves!

 

see thats why i dont drive my car up to the tournament up there. either park it in a relative's garage or dont drive the car up and car pool w/ people. but **** thieves! hope you get it back and hopefully in one piece bro.

My cousin's and my buddy's car got stolen from J4 there last year also, both cars found as shells. Not to put your hopes down, but its probably hmong kids who stole it and you won't get it back in one piece. Hope you had insurance!

 

Yeah no insurance yet cuz i wanted to wait till i turned 25 to get cheaper rates and now that i am, i didnt even get the chance to put it on! God...i really don't wanna see it as a shell, i'll be very sad and upset. Why ME?!

I don't want to put a downer on your hopes, but I personally guarantee that you won't get your car back in one piece. Mine was stolen and stripped within ours (they found it the next day). Your best bet now is to scourt your local craigslist and surrounding areas in hopes to see some of your parts listed. Act casual meet up with the seller, CONFIRM that the parts are yours via flaws like recognizable scratches and whatnot, take a stealthy snapshot of the license plate of the car that shows up and let the police handle it from there. That is how I caught the person who stole my car.

Yeah i was too broke to insure it atm. I'm checking all websites for listed gs-r parts. I pray for the soul of this poor bastard. I have people looking out all around the cities atm too so the connection is superb atm. I know H-T members would do the same.

 

Should've never drove it to the tournament. unless you get one of those nice parking space right next to the tourny. good luck though. my 00 si was stolen from there a few yrs ago and it was chopped up into pieces.

 

I'd watch craigslist and search hard my car was stolen from the mall of america in late january found it on craigslist in late march and my motor was in a different car, they still have no shell yet and police have had my motor for months but good luck

Agreed. Everyone that knows me knows that i worked long and hard for this car and when i finally got it, everyone was soo proud of me and happy for me These guys have got to be pro's or something. It was club locked,steering wheel locked AND alarm set. The car doesn't start with a specific Acura key i have too, which is what i've been pondering since...i have a copy that'll turn it over, but it won't fire over without this key! So even if they stripped the column or used a screwdriver, it wouldn't have fired over...

 

I don't think your gonna get your car back in one piece. You should never drive a good car up to the July 4th Tournament. Cars get jacked there every year right out in the open.

My 4door gsr got stolen at july 4th too. Found today interior stripped, motor taken out but they did not take my motor for some reason. So my car was found along with my motor outside of my car. FAWK MN hmong people!

Its a Festival assuming

 

Yeah its one of the largest festivals for hmong people. It's held once a year in MN during July 4th. Hmong people come from all over to meet new people or see friends they haven't seen in years.

It's just unfortunate that Hmong people can't get along and have to do this **** to each other I don't plan on seeing my car in 1 piece anymore...I'll keep us all updated.

 

Wait...I thought MN required everyone to have insurance? Best of luck anyway.

 

Dang. That sucks to hear that. But my advice to anyone is NEVER drive your car to the J4 Tournament. That's the worst decision ever. I just car pooled in my girlfriend's camry!
