I need to know for sure if a 2000 Civic hatch shock will fit a 92-95 civic hatch. Thanks

 

what do you mean "rig" them? I dont like the sound of rigging my suspension components.

I think that they are slightly different, but I may be wrong... But I definitely wouldn't ghetto rig it...

 

The rears won't exactly fit. the LCA is too thick. So by "rigging" I guess you can bend the bottom of the strut to make it go over the LCA or something to that extent. I say just go with a set of Tokico Blues, really cheap and get the ones made for the car.

 

Those shithole shocks? Might as well locate a trampoline too cause you are gonna be bouncin dog!

is your beater lowered? if not, the blues will work fine. they are just bouncy when you slam your car on them, which causes them to blow out, which causes the bounce. the kyb gr2's are good stock replacement shocks as well. just not for a lowered car. i just use viles of monkey blood and a chicken's foot, personally.

 

i have tokico illuminas off of a 2000 si on my 1994 and they ride fine

 

the fronts will fit, the rears will fit if you shave down the bushings on the lower control arms...
